About SageTimer
SageTimer is a lane scheduling and timing management application for Championship & Invitational Swim Meets. It helps meet organizers, coaches, officials, and lane timers coordinate lane assignments and bookings.
Features
- Lane Timer meet schedule dashboard with drag-and-drop booking management
- Lanes 1–10 support A/B sub-lane timers; while Lanes 0 and 11 are backup for the backup timer "lanes", one for each side of the pool
- Club and workout group management with bookings status tracking
- Booking list with sorting, searching, and club filtering
- Role-based access control (Admin, Lane Timer, Head Timer, Official, Meet Management, Coach, and Meet Host (COMSA)
- Tools page with meet information, FAQs, links, and downloadable files
- Meet and session configuration by ADMIN only
User Roles
- Lane Timer — Access to Meet Dashboards, bookings, Team Directory and Tools
- Head Lane Timer — Access to Meet Dashboards, bookings, Team Directory and Tools
- Official — View Schedule Dashboards
- Meet Management — View Schedule Dashboards
- Coach — Access to edit and confirm the Team Directory Page, as well as to Meet Dashboards and Tools
- COMSA — View Schedule Dashboards, Post-Meet Analytics (please request a specific LogIn from Hugh Duffy)
- Admin — Full access to all features including user, meet, and session management (reserved for Hugh and Joshua only), and Post-Meet Analytics
